Whitman’s Building Services completed a full residential refurbishment at Pursers Cross in Fulham, transforming the property from top to bottom to meet the individual specifications of the tenants. This private residential project was carefully managed to ensure every finish aligned with the client’s personal choices, from materials through to final detailing.
The works included painting and decorating, new flooring throughout, a fully fitted kitchen, and refurbished bathrooms. Attention to detail was central to the project, with a strong focus on quality finishes and clear communication throughout the build. The result was a complete, high quality refurbishment that reflected the tenants’ vision and delivered a comfortable, modern living space.
brookover barns
Brookover Barns is a complete construction project delivered for a repeat developer client in Frome, Somerset. The client specialises in high end Airbnb rentals, and Whitman’s Building Services was appointed to construct two contemporary barns designed to offer premium short stay accommodation. The development was delivered from the ground up, with our team managing all aspects of the build.
Each barn provides accommodation for up to eight guests, with four spacious super king, en suite bedrooms. The open plan living area features a brand new, fully equipped kitchen, stylish dining space, a large sofa for relaxing, and a wood burning stove. Bi fold doors open onto a private garden with outdoor furniture, a wood fired hot tub, and open countryside views beyond. The completed barns combine thoughtful layout, quality craftsmanship, and durable finishes suited to high use holiday accommodation.
Leander Club
Whitman’s Building Services carried out extensive renovation works at Leander Club in Henley on Thames, one of the most prestigious rowing clubs in the world and a renowned events venue. Founded in 1818, Leander Club has a remarkable sporting heritage and has produced world class athletes, winning 159 Olympic and Paralympic medals since 1908, including 62 gold medals.
The renovation works were delivered with careful consideration for the building’s history, status, and ongoing use. Our team worked to a high standard to enhance and modernise the facilities while respecting the character of this iconic venue.
